Are you interested in progressing your building surveying career in a commercial project focused environment? An established and highly successful independent surveying and project consultancy is seeking to recruit a qualified professional to fulfill a key role of Employer’s Agent on a variety of refurbishment and development projects.

The role of Senior Building Surveyor / Employer’s Agent provides a progressive opportunity to focus on client advisory project related matters within professional real estate and project consultancy. You will be keen to move into a senior client-facing building consultancy role which offers accelerated career progression through its entrepreneurial environment.

Duties will encompass: –

• Surveys and feasilbilty reporting
• Design management and advisory
• Project planning, assembly and procurement
• Client representation and employer’s agent
• Contract administration / project management
• Development monitoring on D&B schemes

This fully integrated role will deal with project advice and development monitoring, partnering with a varity of clients from the early inception stages through to full turn-key project delivery.

The ideal candidate is likely to have:

• Commercial or residential sector experience focusing on the project aspects of Building Consultancy
• RICS or IOB qualified
• Excellent commercial acumen, time management and report writing skills
• The ability to work autonomously on projects at early inception to handover stages.
• Delivering on time, to specification and to budgets

This is a superb pivotal role with a well-regarded firm with an excellent client-base and project pipeline.

Salary is negotiable to suit the range from aspiring Surveyor through to established Senior Surveyor. The package will also come with car allowance and an incentivising bonus element.
