Senior Asset Manager, London / Hybrid

70,000 – 90,000 Plus Benefits

London based property investment company are currently looking for a good Senior Asset Manager, ideally looking for someone with 7 – 10 years experience (those with more experience also considered).

This is a true asset management role, managing a portfolio consisting of mainly office and retail units in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities to include:

• Active value and revenue enhancement through leasing of vacant space, renegotiation of existing leases, oversight or leading project management of refurbishments and redevelopments and oversight of external property management.
• Leading on the sale of the whole or part of properties, including co-ordination of the external professional team.
• Investor relations with international clients, including direct dialogue and preparation of recommendation and update memos / presentations.
• Working diligently with third parties to include property surveyors, managers, agents, banks and fund administrators.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant asset management experience, with a proven track record of adding value.
• MRICS – UK based or equivalent in Continental Europe.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Project management experience with refurbishments and/or redevelopments.
