We have Self Employed opportunities for entrepreneurial people who want to work and control their own hours and enjoy a great work life balance. The role can be full time or part time and is remote/work from home.

On offer is an unrivalled close one-to-one training and ongoing support to their agents to ensure their success.

No previous experience as an Estate Agent is required however, you must have good customer service skills and ideally had some experience in face-to-face customer service or sales role.

If you are a likeable, outgoing and self motivated individual with the right attitude then you can have success in this role.

This is a self employed role which does mean no basic salary however you will earn high commission of any sale or let that you complete.

You will be empowered to help build brand awareness in your local area with the potential to earn an uncapped income with the flexibility of working from home.

The focus is on a Personal service within your local community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing distribution to source clients

Advertise and promote listings on social media, Right Move and Zoopla

Conduct property viewings

Negotiate offers, agree slae sales and lettings and progress through to completion.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Ambitious and driven individuals who are eager to launch their career in Estate Agency. As a Real Estate Advisor, you will be responsible for working with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and goals. Do not worry full support and training on hand.
