Aston Rowe have an exciting opportunity for a Saturday Viewings Assistant to join their sales team based in Acton, West London.

Aston Rowe is a well established market leading Sales and New Homes only Estate Agency with a great reputation. We are looking for a viewings assistant to help with our busy Saturdays.

Saturday Viewings Assistant – Key Responsibilities:

• Briefing prospective buyers and on the property s key benefits
• Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
• Answering general enquires
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
• Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord

Saturday Viewings Assistant – You:

• Excellent time management
• Knowledge of West London
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate and well presented

Requirements

• Full drivers licence
• Own car

This is a Saturday position with the hours of 9:30am to 4pm every week.
