Sales Onboarding trainer
Location: Office/field based
You will be responsible for the delivery of sales training and onboarding of new estate agent branches
My client is a well-respected business within the Proptech sphere and is seeking to engage new sales training executives to join their growing team.
Main purpose of the role:
Producing in house training material online, on the phone and in person
Create effective induction programmes for acquisition of new estate agent branches
Support with the effectiveness of the sales organisation, ensuring proper planning, prudence and directions setting to ensure we grow and meet the target in line with the company strategy for new business
You will be very data driven – evaluating sales performance and identifying opportunities across the new business sales performance
Reviewing activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and maximise the delivery of new estate agent branches to Simply
Trustworthy, ethical and discreet. You will be responsible for providing a full range of support to the Sales and Marketing Director and senior team
Own and manage travel & diary planning, reporting and creation of presentations and packs for the Business Development Managers and Head of training
Complete a wide range of other tasks that supports the Sales team in its growth and in the delivery of a best-in-class service to its customers.
