BASIC SALARY £17-22,000 DOE £40,000 OTE

This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with a leading independent Estate Agent who are looking for a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of their successful branches.

My client is looking for someone who is service and results driven who can remain calm under pressure and help drive business levels forward. In return you will join a reputable independent Estate Agency that recognises and rewards its staff for a job well done.

Duties:

• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Matching customer needs to properties available
• Advertising properties online
• Assisting management and administrators
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
• Showing people around properties in the local area

Requirements:

• You must have a full, clean UK licence and a car
• You will thrive in a busy environment
• You will have good interpersonal and people skills
• You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
