Operating across multiple locations, this award-winning company is searching for a driven and customer-focused Sales Negotiator for their Cleckheaton branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Client Relations: Engage with potential buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process
• Communication: Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and keep clients informed at every stage
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, keeping their satisfaction as a top priority

What We’re Looking For:

• Estate Agency Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in property sales is preferred
• Target-Driven: A motivated individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
• Customer-Focused: Someone who genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience
• Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
