Sales Negotiator

Location: Horsham RH12 1HL

Salary: £23,000 – £40,000 per annum (through a combination of annual basic salary & both office & personal commission) salary level dependent on experience level.

Our client is an independent, family-run, multiple award-winning estate agents in Horsham and Haywards Heath.

The Role

They are looking for an ideally experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Horsham.

The role will include the following:

• Accompanied viewings with prospective buyers
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers & vendors
• Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
• Following up enquiries
• Taking photos and/or videos of property for portals and social media
• Recording and relaying offers to vendors
• Valuing properties
• Cross selling opportunities
• Working as part of their friendly Sales team and covering other consultants if required
• Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

Skills and Qualifications

• Driving Licence required
• No experience necessary, although Sales or customer service is preferred
• Good standard of spoken & written English
• Computer literate
