Position: Sales Negotiator
Package: 22k – 25k Basic, 3k car allowance and 50k – 70K DOE

Location: Canary Wharf

Our client is a highly successful double digit independent multi branch estate agent who is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join one of their prime highstreet branches in Canary Wharf

This role offers an excellent opportunity for any Sales Negotiator looking to further grow and develop their career within a highly reputable and successful Estate Agency in the heart of London.

Duties and responsibilities:

The Sales Negotiator will carry out the following duties

• Registering applicants

• Matching properties to applicants needs

• Conducting viewings

• Negotiating and closing deals (assistance from Managers initially)

• Listing Properties

Candidate Specification:

The Sales Negotiator must meet the following criteria:

• Have some previous experience in an estate agency environment

• Live within a maximum of a 45 minute commute to Canary Wharf

• Have a full UK drivers licence and own car

The Successful Sales Negotiator will have the following personal attributes:

• Self motivated, ambitious and target driven

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Articulate and well spoken

• Highly personable and extremely well presented

• The ability to develop relationships and build rapport
