We are thrilled to be offering a rare chance to work for one of the most prestigious and well-regarded Sales and Lettings businesses in the area. Our client has a rare opportunity to join its successful Northampton office in their sales department.

Although experience would be an advantage but this isn’t essential.

What is more important is that you are:

• A confident and friendly people person
• Organized and able to manage your time well
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Confident both face-to-face and on the telephone
• To be knowledgeable on the local area

Some of your daily duties will be:

• Arrange and conduct viewings, showing out vendors houses in the best possible light
• Secure offers from applicants and skilfully negotiate with our vendors
• Keep an up to to date CRM system and know who this weeks hot applicants are
• Arrange valuations
• Provide accurate and prompt feedback on all viewings
• Manage the progression of the sales
• Adhoc support to the lettings team
