An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Sales Negotiator to join an Estate Agent based in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in their work and has a really good professional attitude to join a team which will allow them to showcase and develop their skills in the property industry.

Duties and responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage enquiries and booking viewings.
• Maintain and Updates customer records and including customer feedback.
• Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and encourage second viewings where appropriate.
• Generate offers.
• Adhering to legislation progress offers to sale and completion.
• Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures.
• Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service.
• Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients.

You will have at least 6 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed within the property industry.

Salary starting from 22,500 (to be discussed at interview and dependant on experience.) with expected OTE of 32,500- 40,000

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday with Saturday hours on a rota basis.
You must hold a full UK Driving License.
