Work for an Estate Agent in Hornchurch that does things differently. My client have been established in this area for 7 years now and have another office less than 5 miles away. They are looking for an additional Sales Negotiator to join their driven team in Hornchurch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience.

Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiaor role will include:

• Match buyers with their ideal homes through insightful consultations.
• Accompany viewings, showcasing properties with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Negotiate offers with finesse, securing the best deals for our clients.
• Progress sales transactions efficiently, ensuring a smooth journey for vendors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment.
• Conduct valuations and secure new properties for our portfolio.

Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales, ideally within the property sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of the Hornchurch property market is a plus.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for property and a commitment to exceptional service.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential

Salary & Benefits for this Sales Negotiator role include;

Basic salary is circa £23,000 – £25,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus commission, bonuses, and a car allowance. Realistic OTE of circa £30,000 – £35,000 per annum including car allowance.
