Sales Negotiator

An innovative and enthusiastic independent estate agent is currently seeking a new Sales Negotiator to join the team!

The successful candidate will join their Wadhurst Office. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, to be a key player within a busy local agency business.

Property sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential, full training will be given where necessary.

The successful candidate role will include:

• Booking in viewings and valuations
• Conducting viewings
• Office admin
• To assist in driving the business forward
• Achieving office targets
• Building relationships and communicating with potential customers and existing clients
• The ability to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised and focused
• You will have outstanding organisational skills

Desirable Skills and Attributes:

To succeed you will ideally have knowledge of the local area.

In addition, you will need:

• To be a good communicator with excellent telephone skills
• Hardworking and motivated
• Well-presented and articulate
• Possess a strong eye for detail
• To be IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft programmes
• To have a full UK driving license with use of own car for business purposes
• Have a passion for property

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Basic of £18,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience) + team based commission structure
