Our client, a well-established and successful Estate agent is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their expanding and thriving team in Manchester.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
• One in 3 or every other Saturday

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• An attractive Basic of £25,000
• OTE up to £30,000

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator you must have:

• Previous Sales Negotiator experience
• Passion for the industry
• The Ability To Build Rapport
• Excellent negotiation skills & a natural sales ability is key
• Ability to work to targets with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Reliable
• Motivated and driven
• Highly organised
• Personable

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

• Advising and helping the vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.
• Having a good knowledge of your local market develops a reputation as an expert in your field.
• Work closely with your team.
• Look after the stock of properties.
• Viewings occasionally
• Help mentor new members of staff.
