BRANCH MANAGER / SALES MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Bedford, MK40

Salary: £50k + (Based on performance and ability)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are searching for a skilled, charismatic and experienced Residential Estate Agency Branch Manager / Sales Manager for a leading role in a company with offices in the Bedford area.

The perfect qualities we are looking for will include: excellent mentoring and management abilities, sensational instruction winning skills, superb knowledge of the sales process and a comprehensive knowledge of Bedford and the surrounding areas.

If you are looking for a new position with a well-known brand that puts its staff at the centre of its business, then this could be the position for you.

The perfect candidate will have a proven record of success within residential estate agency at Manager or Assistant Manager level and will have experience of carrying out valuations and winning instructions – although the company may consider a candidate who has significant experience and who feels ready to step up to a promotional challenge!

You will also need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated, articulate and of course, utterly charming!

Some lettings experience could be very helpful.

• Knowledge of the Bedford area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
