Sales & Lettings officer

Our client who are a non profit organisation are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Officer to join their busy property team based in Chelmsford.

Main Duties:

• Managing the sale of residential properties, Liaising with lawyers, Legal due diligence
• Managing vacant properties for sale
• Working with agents managing relationship building, keep records update
• Managing acquisition and disposal processes of residential property
• Occassional site visits
• Managing administration records for property department
• Making sure compliant of data protection

Key Requirements:

• Must have 3 years customer service background
• Must have experience within property sales
• Stong client relationship building skills
• GCSE’s or equivalent at A-C
• Strong administration skills
• Well organised

Please note this is a part time vacancy 21 hours a week

Salary 25k- 30k pro rata
