Position: Sales Associate Lister
Salary: £30k Basic (4-5 Months)
Hours: Mon-Sat (One day off in the week)

Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for winning new business? Do you have a passion for the property market? Our client, a leading estate agent in Stevenage, is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate Lister to join their team and drive their business forward!

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and secure 5-10 new property listings per month.
Identify and approach potential clients, building strong relationships that lead to successful listings.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Negotiate effectively to secure the best outcomes for clients and the agency.
Stay up-to-date with market trends to provide clients with expert advice.
