Sales and Marketing Executive who is a pro-active, team player with excellent customer service skills and previous marketing and sales experience is required for a well-established construction company.

SALARY: £25,000 – £35,000 OTE + Benefits

LOCATION: North London (there may be some Hybrid working available although candidates must be within a commutable distance to the office in North London)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent (the company may consider part-time hours for the right person)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Executive who is a pro-active, team player with excellent customer service skills and previous marketing and sales experience.

Working as a Sales and Marketing Executive you will join a thriving construction company which prides itself on a professional and friendly approach to clients.

Reporting to the CEO, as a Sales and Marketing Executive will manage both direct sales and marketing activities such as generating and following up on leads, creating compelling mailshot and leafleting campaigns, in addition to creating engaging online digital social media strategies.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Sales and Marketing Executive will include:

• Cold calling, mail shots, targeted leafleting and as well as using online media

• Regularly attend relevant networking events

• Promote and develop internal client events as part of the Centre Sales and Marketing plan

• Develop relationships with local estate agents – commercial

• Leading the sales function and activity

• Responding to enquiries in a timely manner

• Actively generating new sales leads

• Chasing up all prospective clients

• Managing their own database of clients and leads

• Developing and maintaining a good relationship with all agents and brokers

• Assisting all general enquiries

• Work with agent/broker workstations and respond in the agreed time frames at all stages of the process

• Interrogate every opportunity and every angle

• Generate leads for business opportunities, harvesting client and competitor lists online

• Analysing and reporting on marketing performance

• Be proficient in MS Office

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Display a positive, can-do attitude at all times

• Previous marketing experience

• Focus or some experience on commercial property would be a bonus

• Team player who is proactive and happy to work under own initiative and take responsibility for their own output

• Responds to changes quickly

• Operate within the scope of the business ensuring client satisfaction by accurately reflecting the service and the promise

• Maintain a professional approach to the clients – 5 star customer service skills

• Display enthusiasm and confidence

• Experience with technology and sustainability products

• Respond to all requests within agreed time scales
