Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Location: Northolt

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum OTE (basic salary + commission)

Our client is a highly respected local independent estate agent specialising in residential property sales and lettings across Ealing, Harrow and Hillingdon London boroughs.

The company are seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for their busy Northolt branch.

Role Requirements

The successful candidate must:

• Hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle
• Be well presented
• Be highly self-motivated
• Be reliable
• Live within a reasonable commutable distance of the branch

Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in estate agency, but this is not essential. Being an area with many Eastern European clients, speaking a second language such as Polish will be of benefit.

Additional Information

Salary expectations are in the range of £25,000 – £28,000 OTE depending on age and experience comprising a Basic Salary plus commission.

Working days are Monday – Saturday.
