Sales Advisor Job Description Job Title: Sales Advisor Location: South East England, West Sussex, Chichester Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Thursday – Monday with 1 weekend off in 4 Primary Industry: New Build Housing Sales Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Per annum Benefits: Uncapped commission scheme

A growing housing developer based in the South of England is expanding the sales team due to new developments starting up. This house builder is known for their high-quality homes and can offer progression to Sales Manager within 12 months due to their growth.

Job Duties:

• Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide information about available properties and guide clients through the sales process
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote new developments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driving Licence
• Experience in new build sales

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a sales role either with an estate agents or Housing Developer

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Understanding of the property market trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on-site at a new development, as well as in an office environment.
