JOB TITLE: Sales and Account Manager (3 positions available – immediate start)

LOCATION: Clapham, London

ERMS: Full-time, Permanent

SALARY: £25,000 – £30,000, plus uncapped commission

ABOUT US:

We are a company that offers property maintenance to a variety of clients from housing associations to high-end estate agents.

We offer a professional service covering all types of property maintenance. This could be a carpenter to fit a new door lock, a gas safe plumber to install a new boiler or a full property refurbishment. No job is too small and, as a result, this means properties receive the care they deserve with a high level of customer service from both office and field staff.

THE ROLE:

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking to recruit a dynamic Sales and Account Manager.

The successful candidate will provide first class sales by answering questions from our customers / potential customers about our services. You will liaison between our customers / potential customers and operations team.

You will deliver exceptional customer service and support the business to grow by bringing on new clients.

KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Supply management with reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
• Co-ordinate sales effort with team
• Provide customers with information on our services
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a specified period
• Creating and implementing marketing campaigns, utilising emails, and graphics software
• Analysing and chasing outstanding quotes with current property managers
• Tracking the growth of client base and reporting to management
• Build and maintain company LinkedIn account
• Update all socials

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

• Experience working within a maintenance company
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at one time whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Solid experience with CRM software
• Experience of using Microsoft 365
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience managing campaigns
• Quick learner and eager to learn and grow
