Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – South West London/Middlesex

The firm is a well-established firm of solicitors with offices across South West London, Middlesex, and Surrey.

The Role
The firm are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their leading department. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex caseloads and deliver excellent client care and communication across all levels. You will have the opportunity to handle a wide range of residential property matters, including both freehold and leasehold transactions, with limited exposure to commercial property work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing property matters from instruction to completion
• Providing cost estimates to new clients
• Opening and progressing files in compliance with firm and SRA procedures
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction
• Handling pre- and post-exchange work, including title reports, searches, raising enquiries, and completion statements
• Contributing to business development and attending networking events
• Supporting colleagues within the Property department as needed

• Competitive salary of 48,000 – 58,000 depedant on experience
