Sales Progressor – Residential Property

Job Location: Mansfield

Salary: £20,000 Basic / £30,000 OTE?

Days / Hours: Monday – Friday / Alternate Saturdays (9am – 1pm)

Our client, an award winning and Mansfield’s Number 1 Estate Agent are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their fun, friendly and super busy Sales Progression Team. This is a great opportunity to work for a smart, well organised, professional and market leading agent. You will need to have experience of progressing residential property sales.

Job Role:

• Progressing property sales to exchange and completion

• Updating Vendors, Buyers and Solicitors throughout the process

• Problem solving and being instrumental in progressing the sales

• Chase up and down the chain and speaking to other estate agents

• General administration of sales documents
