Your Role:

• Handle Transactions: Manage Residential Conveyancing cases from start to finish, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and more.
• Client Liaison: Provide clear, professional advice, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
• Problem Solver: Tackle issues head-on to ensure smooth, timely completions.
• Stay Compliant: Keep up with current conveyancing laws and regulations, ensuring every transaction meets the mark.
• Team Player: Collaborate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to get deals done.

Candidate Experience:

• Qualifications: Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience.
• Expertise: Proven track record managing a full caseload independently.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organised, and a great communicator.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with case management systems and IT tools.
