My client is an established and successful independent, multi-branch Estate and Lettings Agency, who are looking for an accomplished Residential Estate Agency Partner to join their team at their Gloucester office to aid their ambitious plans.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Residential Estate Agency Partner:

• Leading the growth of both the office and wider company through proactive new business development.
• Manage your personal pipeline of sales through to completion
• Develop strategies and implement change to match the ambitious plans of the company
• Act as a role-model and mentor to junior team members
• Champion the delivery of exceptional customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Residential Estate Agency Partner:

• Experienced Estate Agent with at least 5 years proven track record of success
• A passion for managing and developing teams
• First class communication/relationship building skills

My client is offering a negotiable annual salary depending on experience with an OTE expected to be in excess of £60,000
