Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant, Bath

This is a superb opportunity to join a well known regional firm supporting their conveyancing team.

The firm are known for thier levels of service to the clients and have excellent relationships in place with estate agents and referrers and remain busy.

You can exepct to support the department with all levels of the process from start to post completion and you will be happy to get involved in all aspects of the case – opening files, coordinating searches and assisting with completions paperwork etc.

You should have a full understanding of the conveyancing process together with all round excellent admin and communication skills.

Applications from relocators will be considered but you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Bath area.
