My client is a well-established full serviced law firm and are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their busy property team in Farnborough.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent administrative skills and able to provide support to the fee earners. While delivering a friendly and professional service.

Duties will include:

• Assisting the Residential Conveyancing team with their caseload.
• Receiving local searches, and checking against previous searches.
• Opening files.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents on a daily basis to provide updates.
• Handling post-completion matters, including registrations.
• Preparing exchange paperwork & handover paperwork for the completions team.

Desired skills and experience:

• Legal Secretary/Assistant who has ideally gained experience in Property Law.
• Ability to support managing a busy workload.
• Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

What they offer:

• Monday – Friday full time in the office.
• Salary depending on experience – £25,000 – £28,000
• 25 Days holiday plus bank holiday.
