New vacancy – Residential Conveyancer based in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

A leading multi-service law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion.

Hours Full time Monday to Friday 9am 5pm

Location Edgbaston, Birmingham

Salary Competitive DOE plus bonus

The role

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Developing relationships
• Managing own caseload

Previous experience of managing a residential conveyancing caseload is essential.
