Residental and Commercial Sales & Lettings Manager – £30K Basic £75K+ OTE

Our client in your local are is looking for an experienced Residential or Commercial Senior Negotiator or Manager to run their team! They are looking for driven sales people who either have residential experience but want to learn commercial or vice versa. This role includes all residential and commercial sales and lettings deals with a lucrative salary of circa £30K plus a commission between 15-25% so a higher OTE of £75K+ is achievable. They are happy to cross train people from one discipline to the other to add more value to their employee and would expect the successful applicant, once up and running to build a team around themselves. You would need your own vehicle and a hunger to develop your earnings and position exponentially. You would need your own car and be an experienced valuer within commercial or residential and the role would include Mon-Fri office working and attending appointments on a Saturday where required with time off during the week in lieu.

In this role as Sales or Lettings Manager your main responsibilities will include:

• Generating and conducting market appraisals
• Winning instructions
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Managing a team
• Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded
• Close deals
• Valuations

Skills for the Sales or Lettings Manager role includes:

• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• 4 years (min) property sales or lettings experience is a must

• Full UK Driving License and own car
