We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large housing provider in London for a Resale and Staircasing specialist on a temporary basis.The role will be located in Westminster Bridge for an initial 8 weeks with the review to extend.The client is looking for a Resales executive to support resales initiatives, ensure compliance and relevant legislation, government guidance and lease compliance. Ensure all income and related targets are exceeded and to provide consistent excellent customer service to residents at all stages of the journey.The role will be hybrid and once a week required to attend Westminster on a Tuesday.

About you:• Demonstrable experience of working within a Resident Sales environment, preferably with experience of the shared ownership leasehold products.• Have a full understanding of the property market, sales processes, and legislation, particularly the Consumer Code.• Experience of managing relationships with third parties including agents, solicitors and IFAs.• Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding targets and achieving KPI’s.

• An understanding of the affordable housing sector, Local Authority and HCA requirements in line with the Capital Funding Guide.
