What you’ll be doing
The purpose of the Regional Estate Relationship Manager role is to work with our development and delivery teams to influence design and the operational management of our new estates. Ensuring the right Managing Agent is appointed to meet the scheme needs and contract managed whilst it is with Latimer Homes. Ensuring the right occupational strategy is in place and schemes are mobilised and implemented efficiently.

What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you’ll have a background in Property Management understanding the requirements of a Managing Agent and the laws and associated codes of practice. You’ll advise the wider business on the design and planning of future Developments across all tenure and designs. It would be beneficial to have experience in both Housing Estate and Block Management. As you’ll be part of a new team a Growth Mind-set would be beneficial to help design efficient and effective ways of working.
If you have a strong working knowledge of Health and Safety in Property Management and associated Acts, in particular the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code (Edition 3), MIRPM and IOSH qualified Property Manager we want to hear from you!
