Trainee Recruiter

SALARY: £25k basic + OTE (£45k in year 1, £50-70 in year 2, £70+ in year 3)

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Headhunting – Sourcing candidates for client’s roles
• Writing adverts – Using a number of tools to attract suitable candidates
• Leading first stage interviews with candidates – Guiding them through the process
• Providing feedback – Creating a seamless experience both candidates and clients
• Stakeholder management – Maintaining strong communication and building strong relationships
• Business Development – Cold calling prospective clients
