Location – Broadstairs, Kent

Salary – £21,000 basic – uncapped commission and pay review after probation

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team. We work with everyone from multinational corporations to small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand the job roles, person specification, and company needs
• Look for and shortlist people for the roles they would be fantastic for
• Keep in regular contact with clients and candidates to make sure everyone is on the same page
• Develop and deploy local and industry knowledge to help find outstanding candidates in the current job market
• Achieve and work towards monthly KPIs
• Assist team members in sourcing candidates for jobs
• Organise and keep on top of CV submissions, scheduling interviews, chasing feedback, and more
• Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism
• Assist in writing and publishing job adverts on websites, social media and job boards

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a sales role such as estate agent, B2B sales, or anything with an extended sales cycle
• Experience in a target driven environment
• High communication skills written and verbal
• Great at building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and others
• Ability to prioritise tasks quickly and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Working under own initiative
