Technical Recruiter – Technology – London

Loacation -London

Package- £25k basic + comms (£40k OTE)

Responsibilities:

• Find, evaluate, & interview tech candidates
• Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
• Build a pool of qualified candidates using various methods (e.g. online databases, networking, referrals)
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and give timely feedback
• Partner with HR to plan recruitment strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends & tech to attract top talent

Requirements:

• 1+ years of 360 recruitment experience or BD experience
• Good understanding of tech hiring process & ability to find top tech talent
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of recruitment tools & technologies
