We are looking for experienced salespeople, estate agents, door-to-door sales people, or B2B experienced individuals to join a leading Central London recruitment firm! In this fast track scheme – those with sales experience will be trained and progress through the ranks to management!

Year 1: £45K Year 2: £75K Year 3: £100K+

Requirements:

• 1+ years sales experience (B2B, estate agency, door-to-door sales, or experience within a commercial setting)
• Sociable and great at building rapport, someone who is truly focussed on getting to know their candidates and clients alike – confident with good communication skills.
• Hard worker, role requires an individual willing to put in the extra work – involves staying later than your average 9-5.
• Smart, well-educated induvial able to push the business forward without cutting corners.

The role:

• Building and maintaining client and candidate databases, including relationship building, meeting clients and have the highest levels of communication.
• Ability to sell and negotiate both fee’s and salaries.
• Give the highest quality service to both candidates and clients, including preparing candidates for interviews, obtaining feedback and assisting them throughout the process.
• Completing multiple deals a month and seeing maximised earning potential!
