Position Summary: Are you a recent graduate burdened with student loans and determined to expedite their repayment? Look no further! My client is searching for a passionate and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the dynamic South London region. This position presents an exceptional earning potential and a structured commission plan, enabling you to accelerate your loan repayment while gaining invaluable experience within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals, to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
• Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and presenting suitable candidates for their vacancies.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to devise and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market insights to provide valuable guidance to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and engage with candidates and clients.
• Demonstrate high motivation and a target-driven mindset, fueled by the aspiration to succeed and expedite student loan repayment.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
• Knowledge of the South London job market and local networking connections is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales-oriented roles is a bonus, although not essential.
