Daniel Owen is a Nationwide Construction Recruitment agency, who have recently been recognised as a world class company to work for and listed in the Top 100 Companies in the UK, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our biggest and most successful office based in London, St Pauls on our successful Construction Property services team.

A Recruitment role is fast-paced, dynamic and offers new challenges every day – no two days are ever the same. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have complete influence over what you earn and how rapidly you progress.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
• Sourcing and selecting correct candidates for each role
• Adhering to Company Values
• Managing candidate administration including timesheets and right to work documentation
• Using Job boards such as CV Library & indeed to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
• Using our tailored database to search for candidates
• Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in the Rail Division.

Previous experience within recruitment is not essential for this role but to have worked within sales, telesales, F2F sales, B2B sales or worked in a target driven environment is essential as you will be building relationships both over the phone and face to face and must work towards targets to achieve your personal and professional goals. This role is ideal for an estate agent, insurance broker, lettings agent, current recruiter, product sales specialist or any role similar.
