Real Estate Letting Manager / Property Manager – Permanent Opportunity – FULLY OFFICE BASED

Salary: 50k plus possible commission

Location: Central London – fully office based.

Must be:

• Understanding of and experience of working within the property market
• Organised and highly motivated individual
• Confident with strong communication skills
• An ‘all rounder’ who works well within a team
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering phones – Taking new lead calls
• Speaking with clients to establish what they are looking to sell
• Completing due diligence on companies and properties – research land registry titles etc
• Arranging calls & meetings for the team with clients to discuss acquisitions/view relevant properties
• Creating property schedules, carrying out background research/general admin
• Producing sales memorandums
• Organising in person exchange meetings and coordinating multiple diaries
• Keeping track of live acquisitions – updating deals sheets accordingly
• First point of contact for tenants with maintenance issues
• Ensuring properties are compliant – renewing gas certificates, EPCs, EICR’s etc where necessary
• Negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases
• Delegating and resolving issues with in house maintenance team
• Re-letting of properties when tenants give notice
• Dealing with agents for marketing of properties
• Preparing tenancy documents – tenancy agreements, referencing etc
