Job Title: Provisioning Agent

Location: Henley-on-Thames office and home working

Salary: £25k – £29k Dependent on experience

Role and Responsibilities

• Provision services for new orders
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal customers on a needs basis
• Dispatch equipment to customers as and when necessary
• Upkeep an accurate and informative order stack
• Allocation of engineering resource for provisioning orders
• Ensure orders are completed within published SLAs (where feasibly possible)
• Maintain, review and upkeep milestone SLAs
• Daily liaison of requirements with Head of Provisioning
• Provide customer with key milestone updates
• Upkeep and realization of provisioning related quality objectives
• To ensure all output conforms with the Quality Policy
• Own any additional projects which are reasonably passed to you from the Head of Provisioning
• General office duties as per established HQ working practices

Objectives

• Improve customer satisfaction levels through timely and accurate realization of customer orders
• Improve the order-to-bill cycle by ensuring all orders are completed within SLA
• Competently manage an order stack of up to 100 orders (within a given timeframe)
• Overarching attitude of continual improvement

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Ideally understanding of all elements of the provisioning work process, and how products are provisioned

• Open and transparent approach to your work
• Knowledge/understanding of Voip/Payment solutions would be an advantage
