Brook Street is working with a growing estate agent that is seeking to hire a Property Valuer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties:

To develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
To generate repeat business where possible.
To work on marketing properties to prospective buyers.
To actively canvass the local area and prepare marketing material for properties.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Full UK Driving License

Property/Estate Agency Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hunger to learn and succeed
