As a Self-Employed Estate Agent/Valuer, you will have the opportunity to treat your role as your own business, working within a designated patch.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct property valuations and appraisals within the designated patch, great negotiation and customer service to achieve listing.• Conduct viewings and utilise effective sales negotiation techniques to secure sales and other income streams to include: Conveyancing, Mortgage opportunities, Surveys and local house to sell valuations.• Produce property details, measurements, accurate floorplans, details.• Sales progression from SSTC.• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.Requirements:• Preferably at least 6 months of Estate Agent experience, although training will be provided for the right candidate.• Must be caring, energetic, motivated, and willing to learn.• Driven, focused and a born winner. • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.• Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, understanding the importance of service excellence in the industry.• Must be easy to get along with, fostering positive relationships within the team and with clients.Our client prioritises customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering outstanding service in the property industry.
