Due to company expansion, our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the St Albans Area, are looking to employ an experienced Property Valuer with a proven track record of successful to join their team.

The position will be based approximately 5 miles from St Albans in a popular location.

The successful Property valuer will be offered:

• Up to £31,000 basic salary
• £45,000 – £55,000 On Target Earnings
• Mileage expenses
• Potential of Company Car
• 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Extra day off for your Birthday
• Incentives/Competitions

Working Hours:

• Mondays Friday 08 00
• Saturday s (one in every four) 09 00

To be considered for the Property Valuer Role you must have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience Valuing Properties
• Experience Valuing Mid to High End Properties Advantageous
• Full Driver s License

As a Property Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to

• Providing accurate market appraisals for potential sellers properties.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the property market
• Build relationships and Manage Expectations from the start.
• Win business for the branch.
