We are delighted to be working with this very driven, honest Independant Estate Agent who are looking for a Property Sales Manager for the Chemlsford Branch. They are looking for a real Sales Superstar, someone who can take hold of the Division and take it to the next level. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the success by generating leads, securing property listings, and achieving exceptional sales results. You will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional customer service to both vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful property transaction.

Responsibilities for this Property Sales Manager role will include:

• Lead from the front
• Spearhead a Division
• Conduct valuations and appraisals of residential properties in the Chelmsford area.
• Secure new property listings through effective prospecting and client relationship management.
• Accompany potential buyers on viewings, showcasing properties with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for our vendors.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
• Contribute to the achievement of branch sales targets and objectives.
• Proactively identify and develop sales leads through various marketing channels.

Skills & Experience for this Property Sales Manager role:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator in a reputable estate agency.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving outstanding results.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• A strong understanding of the Chelmsford property market and its trends.
• A positive and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for the property industry.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales skills and an ability to close
• A valid UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits for this Property Sales Manager role include;

Basic salary is circa £28,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses, £3k car allowance and other financial incentives. Realistic OTE of circa £65,000 – £70,000 per annum including car allowance.
