Property Negotiator – Private Rented Sector Special Project

For this job role, you will specifically focus on seeking out Private Rented Sector property for both Ukrainian and Afghan households. The role would ensure property compliance for all accommodation secured.
In this job role you will:
Carry out risk assessments to identify needs
Procure appropriate Private Rented Sector accommodation
Provide advice & support
Increase the portfolio of landlords
Maintain a pipeline of tenancy applications
We are looking for someone who has:

Current or previous experience of working in an estate agents
Knowledge of welfare benefits, including Universal Credit and Housing Benefit
Knowledge of Security of Tenure and Possession Proceedings
Knowledge of the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
Good working knowledge of the local lettings market

Performance Related Pay (PRP) – up to 10% of salary
