Property Manager Waltham Abbey

Salary circa £25,000 – £30,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am till 5.30pm

We have a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join a specialist lettings agent who have the highest standards. This company is well established and continues to go from strength to strength.

This is a truly involved role and you must be professional and well presented, have an excellent understanding of computer software, and have a high level of administrative ability. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Responsibilities includes:

• Overseeing portfolio of 200 properties
• Arranging maintenance and contractor visits
• Processing tenancy swaps
• End of tenancy processing
• General enquiries

Requirements for this role:

• Property Management experience at a similar level
• Full clean driving licence
• ARLA desirable
