Property Manager – Essex/Herts – Flexi working – Up to £40k + Benefits + Private healthcare

Our client is a large independent block managing agent providing national property management coverage through multiple trading brands.As a result of portfolio growth and redistribution, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:

– Hybrid working – part home (2 days), part office (2 days) and part site (1 day) based

– Portfolio comprises mostly settled/long retained new builds, RMC’s and Freeholder sites, not likely to exceed 500 units (usually across larger developments)

– Sites are located predominantly within Essex / Herts though there may be some outliers in East or Central London

– Excellent support through in-house admin and accounting teams, leaving the successful Property Manager time to concentrate on site visits and projects

– Visibility and accountability are key – our client’s approach is quality focused and resident centric

– Whilst professional qualifications are desirable, they can be supported in post for those keen to work towards them

– Best suited to a well-rounded property manager keen to enjoy the freedom and trust associated with experience enabling autonomous portfolio management without internal micro management

Suitable Property Managers should have 2+ years block management experience and come from a stable career background with exposure to (and understanding of) the full range of block management tasks.

Salary for the successful property manager will start at up to £40k with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing reviews and uplifts based on performance.
