Great news, we have a fantastic position within an amazing independent!

This client is an independent property services provider in Southeast London & Kent. Over time they have evolved from the traditional high street estate agents to innovative and forward-thinking property agents. Right now, they are looking for a property Manager with at least 2 years previous property experience who can also cover all inventory administration. This isn’t your normal PM role, and you will need to be versatile and hands on in order to solve problems with a practical attitude.

Typical duties will include:

• Check ins and check out inventory reporting
• Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers
• Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork
• Carrying out property inspections and meter readings
• Logging property records/applicant records, managing and updating software data
• Install smoke alarms Carbon Monoxide alarms to ensure all properties are compliant.
• Dealing with terminations and deposit releases
• Assist with small maintenance tasks
• HMO Fire alarm tests and updates
• Preparing and supplying basic landlords’ accounts
• Reporting to manager and director

Skills Required:

• At least one year experience in a similar role
• Advanced IT skills (Words, Excel, MS Outlook)
• Accounts and Bookkeeping experience desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Full clean driving licence

Working Hours: 5-day week Monday to Friday and every other saturday
