Goodfellows Estate Agents are looking for Property Managers to join our Property Management team in North Cheam.

With over 25 years in the business, we have a proven track record of success and we genuinely care about the world of property.

The key responsibilities but not limited to; assessing the maintenance issues and liaising with relevant contractors in order to resolve the problem; managing problems that arise from the tenancies; arranging and carrying out property inspections; managing tenancy renewals; preparing notices to be issued and undertaking relevant administration associated with the role.

• Basic salary between £24,000 – £30,000 + quarterly bonuses depending on experience

We ask that you have:

• Previous CFP experience is advantageous but not essential
• A strong customer service background
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• A UK driving license and access to your own car
