An opportunity for a Property Manager to join this growing independent lettings business who can also cover Lettings Administration. This reputable Agent is looking for a Property Manager experienced within Property Management. Hardworking and reliable, you must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation with the willingness to study for this qualification, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally within a similar property related role.This role will include all aspects of Property Management including:

Building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration.

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
• Ideally ARLA qualified
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure
• Full & clean UK driving licence
• Well presented, attention to detail

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am – 1.00pm (with half a day off in lieu for working a Saturday)
