Up to £28k Exmouth Expanding Business

Our client, a rapidly expanding estate agents based in the South West are seeking to recruit a Property Manager to cover the Exmouth estate. This role would largely suit someone with previous experience in Property Management or Letting agents

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• To provide all support necessary to the Estate & Apartment Block Managers in managing a portfolio of properties, providing a customer focused service, focused on client retention
• Attending AGM’s, EGM’s, confident in chairing the meetings and public speaking
• Organising schedules of work within the service charge budget, therefore confident in detailed figure work
• Administering terms of the lease and ensuring that all covenants are upheld and legislation complied with

Property Manager Requirements:

• The following qualifications are desirable – RPM, ARMA, RICS
• Previous experience in in the property sector
• Experience managing teams of colleagues
• The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be a strong administrator, and a great communicator and plenty of common sense
• literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to learn the bespoke software (training will be given for the latter)
• Uk full driving license and use of a vehicle
